What is your return policy?
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit.
To be eligible for in store credit, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for any return.
Items marked with Sale/Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards, Accessories, intimates, bras, tights, swimwear, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, smoke, hair, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND OF ANY ITEM IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
